Welcome to the Shipping Methods page of ZYPHIRA. Here you will discover all the options we offer for the prompt and reliable delivery of your orders. At ZYPHIRA, we work tirelessly to ensure that every purchase reaches your hands in the most optimal way.
We only accept orders for deliveries within the borders of Greece.
PICK-UP FROM OUR MAIN STORE, SMINAGOY MITRAKI IRAKLI 25, XANTHI
You can personally pick up the products of your order from our main store, with no additional charges, during the store’s operating hours.
VIA COURIER SERVICE
Your orders are packaged with the utmost care and are shipped through our trusted courier company. For remote areas within Greece, there is a possibility that the delivery may be carried out by the local Post Office. Shipping costs in Greece are 4.5€ and are charged to the customer. However, for purchases exceeding 59 euros, the shipping costs are borne by us and are free for you.
Estimated Delivery Times (because we care about your time, but they are not binding):
Orders from Monday to Friday until 15:00 start their journey from us the same day. On the mainland, expect delivery in 1-2 working days, while on islands and remote points, 3-4 working days.
For orders on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, we will take care of them on the next working day.
We always closely coordinate with the courier company to get your order to your place as quickly as possible. However, there are moments that are beyond our control, such as strikes or extreme weather conditions. In these circumstances, our team does everything to keep you informed.
Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond our control.
