Return Policy
1. Introduction:
ZYPHIRA recognizes the importance of safeguarding the interests of its clients. This policy offers detailed instructions on return and exchange procedures.
2. Right of Return:
The customer reserves the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The products must be in original condition, accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice and not damaged in any way.
3. Shipping Costs:
In case of return due to error on the part of ZYPHIRA, shipping costs are borne by the company. In all other cases, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
4. Damages & Errors:
In case of receipt of a defective product or error in the order, the customer must inform the company via email help@zyphira.gr or by phone at (+30) 25410 68388 within 48 hours of receipt, providing the necessary evidence.
5. Return Exceptions:
Underwear and socks are not exchanged for hygiene reasons. Similarly, hair extensions are not returned once they have been cut to the desired length.
If the products are returned in their original condition and meet the requirements of the policy, the company will refund the price within 14 working days.
