Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of underwear and socks, which are not exchanged for hygiene reasons, and hair extensions that are not returned once they have been cut to the desired length. The products must be in their original, pristine condition, accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice, and free from any kind of damage.

If the return is due to an error on Zyphira’s part, we cover the shipping costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

After the returned products are received and are in their original condition and meet the requirements of the policy, the return will be made within 14 business days.
